Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct in-depth industry, market, and competitor research to support valuation and advisory assignments. 

• Perform inspection of various assets, including Residential, Commercial, and Industrial properties. 

• Independently gather and verify data through client interactions and on-site visits. 

• Analyze, reconcile, and summarize data using relevant software tools and applications. 

• Develop valuation models for Real Estate and Asset Valuation projects. 

• Present analytical findings in clear, concise, and professional reports. 

• Prepare detailed project cost estimates for commercial, residential, and industrial categories. 

• Conduct Technical Due Diligence (TDD), feasibility studies, and prepare TEV (Techno-Economic Viability) reports. 

• Perform valuation analysis using accepted methodologies and approaches. 

• Analyze costs for projects under construction and prepare progress/status reports. 

• Create or update basic cost estimates for varied structural specifications (residential/commercial/industrial). 

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and cross-selling opportunities. 

• Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external referrals and inquiries. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Proficiency in MS office, various Google tools i.e. google earth, MS Photoshop, valuation/estimation software, various applications, (Knowledge of ChatGpt / AI are preferred)  

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent report-writing and presentation skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills. 

• Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines. 

• Willingness to travel for site inspections and client interactions.
