Mr. Shah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering. Demonstrating a commitment to specialization and professional growth, he has further pursued advanced qualifications in asset valuation, earning the titles of M.Sc (Real Estate Valuation) and Master of Valuation (Plant & Machinery)
He is also a Registered Valuer u/s 34AB of wealth tax act, u/s 132(2)/132(9D) of the Income tax Act, 1961 & Companies Act with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) for Plant & Machinery.

Mr. Parth Shah is a Director at Multi Engineers, where he leads the Valuation Advisory Practice with over 11 years of extensive and versatile experience in the field of valuation. His expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of services, including the Valuation of Real Estate, Plant & Machinery, Industrial Assets, Technical Due Diligence, and Chartered Engineer Services.
Mr. Shah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. His pursuit of professional excellence led him to obtain advanced qualifications in asset valuation. He holds the distinguished titles of M. Sc. (Real Estate Valuation), Master of Valuation (Plant & Machinery)
He is a Registered Valuer, Under Section 34AB of the Wealth Tax Act, Under Sections 132(2) / 132(9D) of the Income Tax Act, 1961& with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) for Land & Building
He is also a Registered Engineer and Structural Designer with the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) and Bhavnagar Municipal Corporation (BMC).
