The journey of Multi Engineers began in 1987, in the once-princely yet modest town of Bhavnagar, Gujarat. At its heart was Mr. Deepak C. Shah, our Founder, Chairman, and Mentor — a visionary whose passion and perseverance continue to guide us even today.

A graduate of Mechanical Engineering from M.S. University, Mr. Shah began his career in Ahmedabad before returning to Bhavnagar to pursue his true calling. Initially engaged in industrial fabrication and setup projects, his path took a new direction when he was introduced to valuation by Mr. Vipul Shah, a Chartered Accountant specializing in fundraising and taxation.

From a humble attic office, the seeds of Multi Engineers were sown. Supporting him at every step was Mrs. Smita Shah, his partner in life and in purpose, who stood beside him through those early years — organizing documents, managing operations, and helping build the foundation of what would become a legacy of excellence.

As the firm grew, Mr. Shah’s commitment to integrity and professionalism earned widespread respect. He became a registered Surveyor & Loss Assessor with IIISLA and IRDA, empaneled with major public sector insurance companies, and recognized as a Competent Person by PESO and the Directorate of Industrial Safety & Health, Gujarat.

With every assignment, he built credibility and trust, taking on more complex and high-value projects across Gujarat. His unique dual expertise in valuation and loss assessment made him a preferred valuer for banks and institutions.

His technical insight and industry contribution were acknowledged when he received a national award from the Institution of Valuers (IOV) for his published article — a testament to his dedication to professional excellence.

A proud Jain, Mr. Shah has always believed that success finds meaning through service. Over the years, he has contributed to the community by organizing health camps, supporting visually impaired individuals, building cow shelters, and conducting eye check-up programs for those in need.

He also played a key leadership role in the valuation fraternity, serving as Secretary of the Institution of Valuers (IOV), Ahmedabad Branch, where he organized seminars and industrial visits to promote professional growth and knowledge sharing.

In his mid-fifties, Mr. Shah once again proved that learning has no age limit — earning his Master’s in Valuation (Real Estate) and inspiring younger professionals to pursue lifelong learning.

With strong foundations in place, a new chapter began with the entry of his sons — Mr. Vishal Shah and Mr. Parth Shah. Their fresh perspective, ambition, and strategic vision marked the evolution of the practice into a modern professional firm — M/s. Multi Engineers.

The firm expanded its footprint to Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, broadening its client base and diversifying its expertise. Collaborations with premier institutions like the Centre for Valuation Studies (ISTAR) further strengthened its technical foundation and thought leadership.

Under renewed leadership, Multi Engineers has expanded across multiple states, offering end-to-end technical and financial advisory services to major banks, corporates, and financial institutions.

This period marks the firm’s transformation into a forward-looking organization — embracing technology, innovation, and a client-centric approach to deliver precision, reliability, and excellence in every assignment.

As we move forward, Multi Engineers continues to build upon its enduring legacy of integrity and expertise — setting new benchmarks in valuation, chartered engineering, and technical consultancy.
